Two storey rear extension at 76 Camberley Drive, Rochdale.

    Minutes:

    The Director of Economy presented a report which detailed a planning application (number 16/00138/HOUS) which was for a two storey rear extension including a first floor balcony and the demolition of an existing store, a single storey side extension, a front porch and the formation of a pitched roof over the flat roof part of the existing dwelling.

     

    In introducing the application the Planning Officer referred to the site visit undertaken by Members of the Sub-Committee.

     

    There were no objectors present to make representations in relation to the application at the Sub-Committee meeting.

     

    The Sub-Committee considered the views of the applicant, Mr Trickett who addressed the Sub-Committee in relation to the application.

     

    DECIDED – That the application for planning permission be granted (subject to the conditions detailed in the report).

Conservatory extension to the rear of a dwelling (resubmission of 15/00491/HOUS) at 12 Stonehill Crescent, Rochdale.

    Minutes:

    The Director of Economy presented a report which detailed planning application (number 16/00222/HOUS) which was for a conservatory extension to the rear of a dwelling (resubmission of 15/00491/HOUS) at 12 Stonehill Crescent, Rochdale, OL12 7JW.

     

    In introducing the application the Planning Officer referred to a site visit undertaken by Members of the Sub-Committee.

     

    There were no objectors present at the Sub-Committee.

     

    The Sub-Committee considered the views of the applicant, Mr B Novak who addressed the Sub-Committee in relation to the application.

     

    The Sub-Committee also considered the submitted views of Spotland and Falinge Member, Councillor Shefali Ahmed in relation to the application.

     

    DECIDED – That the application for planning permission be approved.
