    The Director of Economy and Environment reported on the change in Government policy in respect of s106 contributions for small scale development and the impact of this change on the Council’s adopted planning policy. Members were advised of current outstanding planning applications affected by this change and were recommended to make further delegations to officers and Township Planning Sub Committees to accommodate the changes in policy.

     

    DECIDED - (1) That appropriate Officers be authorised to grant planning permission for the following planning applications without the requirement to enter into a S106 planning obligation in order to obtain monies for recreational open space contributions.
