    Minutes:

    Following discussion it was agreed that the following criteria should be applied to this groups terms of reference:

     

    1.    Each application to the Rochdale Township Communities and Engagement Priority Fund be limited to a maximum of £1500.

     

    2.    Applicants will be required to attend the meeting of the Rochdale Township Communities and Engagement Priority Group considering their grant application to respond to questions to aid the decision making process. Failure to attend the meeting will result in the application being deferred. However, if the Rochdale Township Communities and Engagement Priority Group determine the application to be urgent then the decision to support / refuse the application be delegated to the Chair and Vice Chair of the group.

     

    3.    Successful applicants must complete and return a project evaluation form and provide copy invoices / receipts that reflect the amount awarded and purpose for which the grant was approved as detailed in the application form. This information must be provided to Rochdale Township Office within one month of the conclusion of the project. Failure to return these documents will result in restrictions being imposed on the applicant relating to future requests for funding or reclaiming of the grant monies.
