The Director of Economy and Environment reported on submitted planning application 15/00257/HOUS for the replacement of an existing perimeter wall at a height of 1m and the building of brick pillars on top at a height of 0.95 m high and 2 metres apart, with fence panels or railings fixed between the pillars, the application being a re-submission of application 14/00192/HOUS.
The applicant addressed the Committee in respect of the application.
