In presenting the application the Planning Officer referred to a site visit undertaken by Members of the Committee prior to the meeting. (2) an additional condition requiring replacement parking for existing residents affected by the waiting restrictions required by condition five.

The Committee was therefore requested to agree an amendment to its original decision in order that an application to the Secretary of State could correctly be made.

(2) the relevant officers be authorised to make the appropriate order for the closure of the Highway crossing the above application site using powers under either section 247 or section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 whichever is considered to be the appropriate provision by the Head of Legal and Governance Reform.
