    Councillor Brett declared a personal and prejudicial interest in planning application 16/00864/CPL an application for a certificate of lawfulness for a proposed single storey rear extension at 31 Woodlands Road, Milnrow.

     

    DECIDED – That the proposal as detailed within the submitted report constitutes permitted development by virtue of its compliance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 1 of Class A and Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).

    Minutes:

    The Director of Economy introduced submitted planning application 15/00924/FUL for a change of use of dwelling into two separate dwellings (resubmission 14/01344/FUL), insertion of glazed elements into existing ground floor and erection of rear lean-to extension at Mount Cottage Shawclough Road, Rochdale.

     

    The Committee considered the views of Mr M. Percy, the agent for the applicant, who addressed the Committee in relation to the application. 

     

    DECIDED – That planning permission be approved subject to conditions as detailed within the submitted report.

Change of use of dwelling into two separate dwellings (resubmission 14/01345/LBC), insertion of glazed elements into existing ground floor, erection of rear lean-to extension, blocking up of 5 internal doorways, insertion of new internal staircase and new stud partitioning at Mount Cottage, Shawclough Road, Rochdale

    Minutes:

    The Director of Economy introduced planning application 15/00925/LBC for a change of use of a dwelling into two separate dwellings (resubmission 14/01345/LBC), insertion of glazed elements into existing ground floor, erection of rear lean-to extension, blocking up of 5 internal doorways, insertion of new internal staircase and new stud partitioning at Mount Cottage, Shawclough Road, Rochdale.

     

    The Committee considered the views of Mr M. Percy, the agent for the applicant, who addressed the Committee in relation to the application.

     

    DECIDED – That planning permission be approved subject to conditions as detailed within the submitted report.

An application to vary conditions 4 and 5 of planning permission 15/01188/FUL to allow increased opening hours as follows: Condition 4 - The premises to be open between 09.00 hours and 12 midnight Sunday to Wednesday inclusive and 09.00 hours to 0100 hours Thursday to Saturday. Condition 5 - The outside area to be usable by customers between the hours of 0900 and 21.00 on any day; at 31-33 Lake Bank, Littleborough.

    Minutes:

    The Director of Economy introduced submitted planning application 16/00497/VRCON, an application to vary conditions 4 and 5 of planning permission 15/01188/FUL to allow increased opening hours as follows: Condition 4 - The premises to be open between 09.00 hours and 12 midnight Sunday to Wednesday inclusive and 09.00 hours to 0100 hours Thursday to Saturday. Condition 5 - The outside area to be usable by customers between the hours of 0900 and 21.00 on any day; at 31-33 Lake Bank, Littleborough.

     

    The Director of Economy referred to a site visit undertaken by Members of the Committee earlier in the day.

     

    The Committee considered the views of the agent for the applicant, Mr M. Percy, who addressed the Committee in relation to the application.

     

    DECIDED – That planning permission be approved subject to conditions to be determined by the Chief Planning Officer prior to issuing the decision notice.

    The Director of Economy introduce application 16/00864/CPL an application for a certificate of lawfulness for a proposed single storey rear extension at 31 Woodlands Road, Milnrow.

     

    DECIDED – That the proposal constitutes permitted development by virtue of its compliance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 1 of Class A and Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended); and therefore the application for a certificate of lawfulness be approved.
