Land at Moorhouse Fold Proposal: Application for the erection of 5 no dwelling-houses and the associated external works inclusive of hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments - Part Retrospective Minutes: The Head of Planning presented submitted planning application 19/01132/FUL, an application for the erection of five dwelling houses and the associated external works inclusive of hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments - Part Retrospective on land at Moorhouse Fold, in the Smallbridge and Firgrove Ward.
The Committee received representations from Mrs C. Ainey, who addressed Members on behalf of the objectors to this planning application.
The Committee received representations from Mr P. Stone, the applicant, who addressed Members in support of the planning application.
Resolved: 1. Planning permission be granted for the erection of five dwelling houses and the associated external works inclusive of hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments - Part Retrospective on Land at Moorhouse Fold, with specific conditions relating to the erection of a boundary wall, to be constructed from stone and which should be no more than one metre in height. 2. Additional conditions be delegated to the Head of Planning to determine, in consultation with the Chair of the Planning and Licensing Committee. |

Minutes: The Head of Planning presented submitted planning application 19/00628/OUT, an outline application (including means of access) for the demolition of redundant buildings and residential development for up to 100 dwellings at Farrel Limited, Queensway, Rochdale, OL11 2NY.
Subsequent to the publication of the agenda for this meeting of the Committee, the Head of Planning advised that he had updated the report in respect of this application. The Officer’s recommendation remained the same, insofar as the updated report recommended approval subject to the conditions detailed in the report.
The Committee received representations from Mr. P. Gaskell, the applicant, who spoke in support of the application.
Resolved: That planning permission be granted subject to the Conditions detailed in the updated Planning Officer’s updated report. |
