27th September 2023 be approved as a correct record.

PROPOSAL: Request for Tree Preservation Order to protect two Sycamore trees.

 

LOCATION: Land Rear of 6 And 8 Ripon Close, Rochdale, OL11 4AU

 

The Assistant Development Manager introduced the report and referred Members to the Update Report, which had been circulated prior to the meeting.

 

It was MOVED and SECONDED not to make a Tree Preservation Order.

 

On being put to the vote, SEVEN VOTES were cast IN FAVOUR of the Officer recommendation to not make the Tree Preservation Order and TWO VOTES were cast AGAINST with ONE ABSTENTION.

 

RESOLVED: That a Tree Preservation Order not be made.

 

NOTE:

1.    Objectors and applicants attended the meeting and addressed the Committee.
