To agree the provision of short term Step down
move on accommodation for people accessing emergency accommodation
and at risk of sleeping rough. This will support the council to
accommodate people that are at continuing risk from Covid 19 and
would pose a risk to others without safe accommodation and is part
of the councils emergency Covid response.
